Salon Policies

1. Cancellation Policy - We understand, life happens. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we request that you give us a heads up 2 calendar days before your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled the day of or day prior to their scheduled time will be required to pay a 25% fee of the price of their service for which they were originally booked in order to book with us again. We do not keep cards on file. The cancellation fee can be resolved in person or over the phone. If we are closed when you need to cancel your appointment, our salon phone is always available to text or call. If the call is made after business hours, you may leave a voicemail and someone will reach out to you during business hours. You may also email or message on social media (facebook or instagram) to let us know of your cancellation, any form of contact counts as valid notice.​​
All no call-no shows will incur a 50% fee of your original appointment cost in order to book again.

2. Children Policy - At Advanced Coloration, we truly love kiddos — some of us are moms ourselves, so we understand how much joy (and chaos!) they can bring. However, we maintain a no children policy in the salon if they are not booked for a service.
Our space is designed to be a relaxing escape — a place where our guests can fully unwind and enjoy some much-needed “me time.” For many of our clients, especially moms, this is one of the few opportunities to truly disconnect and recharge.
For safety reasons, and to preserve the laid-back atmosphere we pride ourselves on, we kindly ask that you arrange child care prior to your appointment. Children under the age of 10 will not be permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to make Advanced Coloration a calm and relaxing experience for every guest.

3. Redo Policy - At Advanced Coloration Salon, your satisfaction is a top priority. Every service is crafted with intention and care. If your results do not match what you were envisioning, we are glad to revise and perfect it. Please reach out within 7 days of your original appointment if you feel that a modification or correction is needed. Adjustments are complimentary if they align with the original service goal. Redos due to a change of mind or a desire for a different look than originally discussed may require a new appointment or service charge.

4. Late Policy - If in the event you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there is a possibility your stylist cannot fulfill the entirety of your service or be able to see you that day.
