Bailey
Owner
Master 2 Stylist
Bailey has been doing hair professionally for eleven years, but her journey started long before that. At fourteen years old after experimenting in her bathroom, she realized she found the one art form she could fully express herself. She's now the owner of Advanced Coloration Salon, and is known for her love of bold color, transformative extensions, and anything that elevates someone's look, and more importantly their confidence.
Her chair is a judgement free zone where people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. For Bailey, hair isn't just hair, its her favorite way to help people show who they truly are.
Kat
Master 2 Stylist
One thing about Kat is she’s professional with her craft and endlessly playful with her energy! She makes blondes brighter, extensions seamless, and vivids louder! With 10+ years in the industry, and a lifelong obsession with hair, she was destined for the chair long before it became her career. Kat is genuinely committed to making every client feel understood and comfortable. Her biggest priority is making you feel confident. Expect compliments!
Whitley
Master 1 Stylist
Whitley is a bubbly, creative, and detail-oriented stylist and colorist who’s been bringing hair dreams to life since 2017. She loves all services, from fresh cuts to bold color transformations, and is passionate about helping every guest feel confident and cared for! Known for her warm energy and attentive approach, Whitley creates a fun & relaxed atmosphere in her chair where clients feel truly heard. When she’s not crafting beautiful hair, you’ll find her enjoying a good cup of coffee, spending time with her animals, or exploring new music to keep the creativity flowing!
Tessa
Master 1 Stylist
Although Tessa has only been doing hair professionally for 2 years, she has been employed by the hair gods for much longer. From doing her friend’s hair for school dances, to rinsing out color in her kitchen sink, hair has always been a passion for her. With almost 9 years of customer service under her belt, Tessa likes to make every experience feel unique to the client, making sure to adapt to their needs in whatever way she can. Inclusivity and acceptance is her biggest priority, and to be able to make anyone’s hair dreams come true!
Aubrey
Junior Stylist
Aubrey, a junior stylist from Buford, has chosen Advanced Coloration as the launchpad for her career. Her journey into the world of cosmetology began after high school, fueled by a genuine desire to empower others through confidence-boosting transformations. Aubrey is dedicated to creating personalized looks that reflect each client's unique beauty and vision. She excels at building connections and collaborating closely with clients to achieve their ideal hair goals. Whether it's a subtle refresh or a dramatic makeover, She’s committed to ensuring every client leaves her chair feeling beautiful and revitalized like they deserve!

Apprentice
Lyla who has a passion for the beauty industry began with her own hair journey. After experiencing how expressive and confidence-boosting hair could be, she felt inspired to pursue a career behind the chair herself. She is committed to growing her skills and knowledge every day.
Lyla is currently growing her skills with a strong interest in blonding, creative color, and precision haircuts,with the goal of providing clients with a positive experience and helping them feel their most confident.
